Fibre-Tec OMS

Fibre-Tec-Oms Solvent Fabric Protector is a solvent based fluorochemical solution that imparts durable stain and soil protection to all colorfast treated fabrics. Treated fabrics will have excellent water and oil repellency and will resist soiling by airborne and impacted soil. With proper precautions, Fibre-Tec-OMS can be sprayed in residential and commercial establishments to treat carpets, upholstery and draperies.
Fibre Tec Solvent Fabric Protector is a fluorochemical compound dissolved in a solvent. It is transparent and formulated specifically for spray applications. The solvent used is a mixed petroleum distillate. Once applied to the fabric, the solvent dries quickly, leaving only the fluorochemical left on the fabric is totally safe and non-hazardous. The solvent is the hazardous portion and requires special consideration in handling and applying the product.

DIRECTIONS:

Fibre-Tec-OMS should be applied evenly using an appropriate airless sprayer. The fabric to be treated should be clean, if the fabric is wet it should contain no more than 50% water by weight. Dries to the touch in less than one hour but is not fully effective for 12 hours. It is recommended that Fiber-Tec-Dry be applied at a rate that one gallon will cover 600 sq. ft. of fabric, which is equivalent to one pint covering an average 6 foot sofa. A higher coverage may be employed (1200 sq. ft. / gallon or more), however, performance will be decreased accordingly.

SAFETY

Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
