The Phoenix R250 LGR dehu is now newly redesigned making this unit a sturdy and dependable choice for most all water damage restorers.

Thanks to the Phoenix’s patented ByPass™ technology, the R250 gives you maximum water removal in a wide variety of temperatures while majorly out performing its competitors.

The R250 now has epoxy-coated coils, this protective coating helps to prolong the lifespan of the coils and provides the protection from corrosive environments while still maintaining the coil’s heat transfer ability.

The new heavy duty condensate pump and rugged float switch are designed to handle the harshest environments mostly encountered on restoration jobs. These new and improved components can withstand these kinds environments without the major corrosion and damages you had once probably seen. All of this improves your productivity and reduces costs and dry time.

The R250 features top notch air filtration with a pleated media MERV 11 filter. Multiple ducting options are available with 12” intake duct tabs on the lid and a wire duct collar for 10” lay-flat duct on the exhaust.

The R250 also features an outlet grill that is configured to accept a wide variety of thermo-hygrometer probes, such as the HM-34, HM-40, Humiport, LM-8000, and others.

Solid state controls in conjunction to power and purge buttons all clearly displaying total equipment hours and individual job hours, making it easy for you to track equipment usage and schedule routine maintenance.

Phoenix D385 Portable Desiccant Dehumidifier

It's small compact size can fit easily on your vehicle and will store neatly in your warehouse or storage area. Also for jobs with tight spaces involved such as; crawl spaces or attics, the D385 is perfect. This unit can be ran both vertically or horizontally so that you can maneuver it into tight spaces and receive efficient operation no matter how it’s placed. The D385 produces 385 CFM which is enough drying power to tackle up to 1,000 square feet of space with a single unit! The D385 works off of a standard 115V circuit and comes with two power cords that can connect to two separate outlets, each drawing only 11 amps of power. The Phoenix D385 has a four-hole design, air comes in through the top and is exhausted out the other side. The unit is ductable, with multiple options including Lay-Flat ducting this is so you can set up different types of pressure, including neutral, negative, and positive. The reactivation air stream is ducted through 6” flex duct provided with the unit and stores conveniently at the top of the unit.
